Dr. Niloufar Hedayat is a California Board licensed optometrist and owner of Excel Optometry in Ladera Ranch, California. She is certified to treat and manage diseases of the eye and to use therapeutic pharmacological agents. Armed with Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Physics and Doctor of Optometry degree from SCCO (Southern California College of Optometry). She has extensive clinical experience in comprehensive vision examinations, fitting specialty contact lenses and managing refractive surgery.
